The apartment sleeps up to 4 people with 1 double bedroom and a 2 person sofa bed in the lounge.

For bookings please contact us direct on enquiries@holiday-spots.co.uk.  Shorter rental periods may be available on request, subject to availability. Discounts given for longer rentals, repeat bookings and late notice bookings subject to availability.

If you plan to arrive late, we can provide a Welcome Pack with basic food and beverages, so you can enjoy your late night glass of wine and a breakfast early in the morning for just €30. Typical contents:-

Bread	Butter or Margarine	Jam or Marmalade
Eggs – 6 pack	Ham – 200 g	Cheese – 200 g
Mineral water – 1.5 litre	Milk – 1 litre	Orange juice – 1 litre
White wine – 1 bottle	Beer – 6 pack
Tea	Coffee	Sugar
Toilet paper	Serviettes	Salt
Washing liquid	Hand soap

25% of rental due is required to secure the booking. The balance of the amount is due 8 weeks before your stay

A refundable breakage deposit of £100, which will be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection), will be due with the final balance.

Individal insurance is the responsibility ofthe rental client; we cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft/personal injury arising during your stay in our property, the pools, the grounds or while on the complex.  We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.

The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you require additional cleaning during your stay please contact us for prices.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, the apartment will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of arrival and you should plan to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.  This is to allow time for cleaning. 

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if you require and will be payable locally. Typical prices are around €72 for return transfers from Bourgas for up to 4 people or €154 for return transfer from Varna for up to 4 people.
