25% of rental due is required to secure the booking; The balance of the amount is due 8 weeks before your stay.

A breakage deposit of £100, which will be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection), will be due with the final balance.  Costs for any damage or breakages may be deducted from this deposit.

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if you require and will be payable locally. Typical prices are around £70 for return transfers from Antalya airport for up to 4 people.
