25% of rental due is required to secure the booking; The balance of the amount is due 8 weeks before your stay.

A breakage deposit of £100, which will be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection), will be due with the final balance.  Costs for any damage or breakages may be deducted from this deposit. Please advise us of any breakages or damage immediately so we have chance to address these before the next guests arrive.

Individal insurance is the responsibility ofthe rental client; we cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft/personal injury arising during your stay in our property, the pools, the grounds or while on the complex.  We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.

The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you require additional cleaning during your stay please contact us for prices.

Please do NOT detach the energy saver from the keys under any circumstances. The energy saver must not be left in when there is no-one in the apartment.  Failure to adhere to this may result in additional charges.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, the apartment will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of arrival and you should plan to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.  This is to allow time for cleaning. If you advise us of your flight times in advance we will try to be flexible around these times if we can.

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if you require and will be payable locally. Typical prices are £70 for return transfers from Antalya airport for up to 4 people.
