In addition to the rental rates, a one-off cleaning and laundry fee of £45 will be charged per booking up to 4 people or £60 for 5-6 people. If you require additional cleaning or change of linens during your stay this can be arranged on request for an additional charge.

25% of the total rental cost is required to secure the booking; the balance of the amount is due 8 weeks before your stay.

A security deposit of £150 is due with the final balance. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure or of you returning the keys, whichever is later, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Costs for any damage or breakages may be deducted from this deposit. If you find anything damaged or broken on arrival please notify us immediately or the damage may be attributed to your party. Please advise us of any breakages or damage during your stay so we have chance to address these before the next guests arrive.

Individal insurance is the responsibility of the rental client; we cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft/personal injury arising during your stay in our property, the pools, the grounds or while on the complex.  We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, the apartment will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of arrival and you should plan to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. This is to allow time for cleaning. If you advise us of your flight times in advance we will try to be flexible around these times if we can.

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if you require and will be payable locally. Typical prices are £76 for return transfers from Antalya airport for up to 4 people. Please advise at time of booking.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in GB Pounds. Credit card payments can be accepted using Paypal but these will incur a 3.5% surcharge.
